The monthly subscription covers LettingOps coordination services only. Contractor costs are separate and are paid directly by the landlord. LettingOps does not hold or process funds on your behalf.

Your repair approval threshold

When you subscribe, you set a repair approval threshold — the maximum cost at which LettingOps can proceed with a contractor without contacting you first.

This keeps routine maintenance efficient while ensuring you maintain full financial control. You can adjust your threshold at any time.

LettingOps arranges and approves the work. You receive confirmation once complete.
